Your fan will most likely be repaired the same day I receive it and should be picked up by UPS the next day.

Instructions

SHUT OFF THE POWER AT THE CIRCUIT BREAKER

Remove blades at the rubber flywheel (2 screws) for each blade holder
Remove hanging pole at top of motor (3 hex screws)
Remove light kit from switch housing.
Remove control switch from the wall. Pack it along with the motor.
Use a box that is at least 14" square or larger.
Pack with enough paper to prevent motor from moving in box.
NOTE: If foam peanuts are used for packing, Enclose motor in plastic bag first.

Make out a check or Money Order payable to Don Guerette in the amount of $189 ($179 + $10 return shipping. Add $8 for Bel Air Halo models.) Place it in an envelope with your name, address, phone number, email address and tape to top of the motor before sealing carton.
